Job summary

Access Community Health in Greymouth is hiring kaiāwhina / support workers to assist tāngata at home with daily living activities, while respecting culture, values and routines.

No formal qualifications are required; comprehensive paid training is provided. Flexible hours, weekend shifts, and travel allowances help balance study, family, and community needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful, person-centred support in clients' homes and daily living activities
• Support tāngata to maintain independence and wellbeing while honoring culture and routines
• Participate in paid training and ongoing development during induction and beyond
