Job summary

Access Community Health in Auckland seeks a Kaiāwhina/Support Worker to provide safe, respectful, person-centered care in clients' homes, supporting daily living activities and respecting culture, routines and boundaries.

You will join a team dedicated to empowering tāngata to live independently, with comprehensive paid training, flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends, and travel compensation for longer trips. You need a smartphone and a valid NZ work rights.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required.
• Must have right to work in New Zealand.
• Own a smartphone and have a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to culturally safe, respectful support.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in clients' homes.
