Job summary

Florence Nightingale Agency is seeking a reliable Support Worker for a weekly Friday afternoon/evening shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) to assist a client in the community. You will help the client live independently, participate in activities, and ensure safety and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates have a compassionate attitude, excellent communication, a full clean driver’s licence, and confidence driving a mobility van. Training and support are provided in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home care or community support preferred.
• Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm shift availability required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident driving mobility van and assisting clients.
