Geneva Healthcare in Kerikeri is seeking empathetic and motivated Support Worker to join our team. You will provide practical and emotional support to clients in their homes and community, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence.

The role involves meal prep, personal care, medication support, community activities, and safe transfers. A positive attitude and flexibility for alternate weekends are important, with NZ driver’s licence required for most positions.

• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred but not essential.
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport for most roles.

What You’ll Do:

As aSupport Worker, you’ll help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support. Tasks may include:

• Meal preparation
• Community outings and integration

• Personal care (showering, toileting, etc.)
• Manual handling, and hoist transfers

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
