Job summary

Cyclone in Auckland, New Zealand seeks a motivated Support Technician to install, test and deploy devices at customer sites, ensuring they operate to specification and meet organisational requirements. You will troubleshoot and document steps while delivering customer-focused service with strong communication and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have hardware experience, relevant certifications, and the physical ability to move equipment and work in labs and on sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical certifications.
• Experience handling computer hardware and deploying technology.
• Understanding of device network connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help with hardware setup and deployment.
• Resolve service requests within assigned expectations.
• Escalate complex queries to senior engineers and work with them on resolution.
• Manage service and support of leased and purchased equipment.
