Job Purpose
The Support Technician will work with Cyclone customers at various sites. You'll be installing, testing and deploying devices to end users while ensuring they are operational and meet organisational requirements. You'll help with troubleshooting and be required to keep accurate records of any issues and your technical steps.

You must also have a driver's license and be able to safely meet the physical requirements of the role, including moving large boxes, unloading and loading vehicles, wrangling the installation of equipment and getting down and dusty in computer labs.
