Cyclone in Auckland is seeking a motivated and reliable Support Technician to install, test and deploy devices for customers, ensuring operations meet organisational requirements.

This role emphasises strong customer service, accurate documentation of issues and steps, and collaboration with senior engineers to resolve complex queries, supporting both education and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Experience handling computer hardware and deploying technology.
• Understanding device network connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Helping with hardware setup and deployment.
• Resolving service requests within assigned expectations.
