Indie Campers is seeking a Casual Support & Cleaning Agent for our Queenstown depot. You will clean interior and exterior surfaces, prepare vans for bookings, and perform vehicle inspections to ensure flawless condition.

You may also move vans, pick up clients at the airport, and support depot operations with equipment and deliveries. This role requires a valid NZ driver’s license, flexibility for irregular hours including weekends, and a strong eye for cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive a van (plus)
• Availability to work irregular schedules, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position: walking, crouching, bending, standing for long periods
• Eye for cleanliness and inspection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in line with company standards and client requests
• Prepare and equip vans before each booking
• Perform inspections and keep accurate records of vehicle condition
• Move and park vans or collect clients from the airport

THE ROLE

We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in 1 Bowen Street, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
• Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition;
• Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
• Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
• Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.
