Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand is seeking an Operations & Stock Management professional to drive efficient store routines and lead team development. You will oversee shelf readiness, stock deliveries, and adherence to standards while coaching team members and promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include leading on-job training, maintaining store standards, and proactively resolving issues with leadership input.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a strong ability in process improvement and learning.
• Effectively leads teams, delegates tasks, coaches, and motivates.
• Builds and maintains partnerships across functions and stakeholders.
• Is proficient in compliance within their function and communicates standards clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations and stock management ensuring timely completion of routines.
• Lead on-job training and coaching for team members and promote safety.
• Maintain store standards including shelf filling and packaging quality.
• Proactively resolve issues by escalating to the Function Lead as needed.
• Act as Store Leader on scheduled shifts and support collaboration initiatives.
