Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking an experienced Supply Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to ensure the effective supply of locally manufactured products and imported materials across the business. You will work with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, suppliers, and global stakeholders to optimise inventory and performance.

Role requires 5+ years in a related field, strong SAP MRP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in a Supply Chain, Planning, Scheduling, or Operations role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • CPIM/APICS certification advantageous.
  • Strong SAP knowledge, particularly MRP planning functionality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Lead the supply planning process and maintain production schedules.
  • Develop capacity plans and support inventory optimisation.
  • Manage material forecasts, purchase requisitions, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare and support Supply Planning activities within the S&OP/IBP process.
  • Monitor supply risks, material constraints, and delivery performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and performance.
  • Support a strong safety culture and contribute to Supply Chain initiatives.

Working closely with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, suppliers, and global stakeholders, you'll help ensure products are available when customers need them while optimising inventory and supporting operational performance.
