Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an Office Administrator in Auckland to support site operations and procurement processes. You will handle filing, data entry, and communication with multiple teams, while ensuring accurate SAP entries and timely PO management.

You will also maintain office stocks and assist with canteen supplies, contributing to smooth daily operations in a global energy solutions company.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, organisation and administration skills.
  • Data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Analytical skills with basic accounting understanding.
  • High school diploma minimum.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office in professional setting.
  • ERP/SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Handle ad hoc site office tasks such as filing, data entry, mail and calls.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for invoices.
  • Enter details into SAP with Logistics Lead and Production Supervisor.
  • Generate and maintain Goods Receipting for consumables.
  • Maintain stocks of office supplies and manage canteen consumables.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handle ad hoc site office tasks, e.g., filing, data entry, distributing mail, answering emails and phone calls
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for all invoices both Production and Logistic
  • Work with the Logistic Lead and Production Supervisor and Australian site to enter particulars into SAP
  • Generate and maintain Goods Receipting (GR) for all consumables within the site
  • Maintain stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage canteen consumables and replenish as required
Who you are
  • Strong interpersonal, organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with individuals from different background
  • Data entry skills with accuracy and awareness
  • Ability to process information and quickly learn new systems
  • Analytical skills with basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office suite in professional setting
  • Hands on experience with ERP systems Prysmian
