Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking an experienced Supply Manager to lead procurement and supplier management activities across Oceania. You will work closely with Project Managers, Sales, and Engineering to ensure timely sourcing, contracting, and delivery of equipment and services while driving cost competitiveness and supplier performance.

You will partner with stakeholders to support successful project delivery, build strong supplier relationships, and drive SRM and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience supporting projects in manufacturing/engineering sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba or similar ERP systems advantageous.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing for project requirements.
• Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery improvements via SRM.
• Manage sourcing activities within key local categories.
• Conduct competitive sourcing and fact-based supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, systems, and global agreements.
• Support continuous improvement and procurement capability development across the region.

We Believe you have

• 5+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience supporting projects within manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment, dairy, or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP/procurement systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
