Job summary

Starbucks New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead on-floor operations, guide baristas, and deliver welcoming customer experiences across our stores.

You will nurture a collaborative team, maintain smooth shifts, and uphold our high standards of service, culture, and safety while supporting store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience with 6 months – 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
