Starbucks New Zealand is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on the floor, guide baristas, support operations, and help create a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners alike. Every shift is an opportunity to make an impact.

You’ll bring 1 year of customer service experience with 6–12 months of supervisory exposure, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment with a natural leadership approach.
