Job summary

Starbucks New Zealand is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead baristas on the floor, support operations, and create a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners. You’ll guide each shift with care, build confidence in your team, and ensure smooth, accurate service while paying attention to the details that matter.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience with 6 months – 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leadership approach that inspires others.
