Job summary

Qualifications

• Study towards or recently completed a qualification in business, commerce, information systems, administration or project management.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking physical inventories of furniture, equipment and technology assets.
• Recording and maintaining accurate information in databases, spreadsheets and other systems.
• Comparing collected information against existing records and updating information where required.
• Identifying discrepancies, gaps and surplus assets for follow-up.
• Gathering information from staff across the organisation.
• Supporting project administration, reporting and coordination activities.
