We're looking for an Asset Inventory Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis over the summer period, from approximately October 2026 to late February 2027.
This role will support a Council-wide asset inventory project, helping ensure our records for furniture, equipment and technology assets are accurate, up to date and fit for future planning and operational needs. Working across a range of Council locations, you'll play an important role in collecting, verifying and maintaining asset information while supporting project activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or someone looking to build practical experience in data management, administration, systems and project support.
Previous experience in administration, data entry, record management, inventory activities or a similar environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
