Job summary

UniLodge Living Group in Christchurch is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a small operations team, oversee daily operations, bookings, and resident support across halls of residence.

You will recruit and develop staff, build stakeholder relationships (students, families, University), coordinate with Canterbury University on bookings, and ensure inspections and reporting meet standards. NZ Police Vetting is required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in the accommodation industry.
• Full and clean NZ Drivers license.
• Experience with leasing and property management.
• Experience in a tertiary education and student support environment (highly regarded).
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve & manage conflict.
• A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.
• NZ Police Vetting (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage your own Customer Service team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Join our growing company and lead a small operations team.
• Responsible for bookings management and resident support to students.
• Prepare reports for senior management and maintain hall cleanliness and presentation.
• Be an active member of the emergency response team.
