Job summary

Long Bay College on Auckland's North Shore seeks an outstanding Student Centre and Pastoral Administration Coordinator to join our Student Services team. The role supports student wellbeing, attendance, pastoral care and operational systems.

We are looking for someone highly organised, tech‑savvy and passionate about supporting young people, with experience in school environments and familiarity with KAMAR or SchoolBridge advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of KAMAR or SchoolBridge advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with databases and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the Student Centre.
• Administer student sign-in and sign-out and pastoral/attendance processes.
• Manage uniform pass and compliance, mobile phone and confiscated property processes.
• Oversee detention administration and student records.
• Support Deans and Senior Leaders with student services administration.
• Provide high-quality service to students and whānau.
• Report attendance and student engagement metrics.
