Job summary

We our adding to our team and looking for Experienced Riggers and Composite Floor Decking staff to work on various sites erecting structural steel, please note some of these projects will require out of town work for long periods of time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in steel erection (or similar)
• Be familiar with fixing and securing of structural steel elements according to drawings
• Be able to read and interpret structural steel drawings for the purposes of steel erection on site
• Be able to communicate well in English and take direction from others (in English)
• Ability to undertake and record daily checks of machinery/equipment and report issues
• A sound knowledge of mobile crane operations elevated work platforms and all relevant site tools and plant
• A dogman / rigging licence is preferred, however, not essential
• Ability to read and understand a plan and set out of jobs
• Understanding of bolt tightening requirements
• Current Heights ticket (desirable)
• A knowledge of fabrication and welding (advantageous)
• Be physically fit
• A willingness to positively contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment
