Everyone from the top down is part of a team which revels in fresh thinking and subscribes to a work hard, play hard philosophy. We know that real change happens when we work with our communities. With a diverse crew from all corners of the world and walks of life, we’re committed to crafting a future where we can make a difference. • A relevant tertiary qualification – bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent demonstrated competency and experience.
  • Experience liaising and negotiating with clients and potential clients, and a proven record of achieving goals in line with business plans and company strategy.

  • One paid volunteer day each year. Our crew members get involved in a range of volunteering activities from supporting wildlife conservation through Pest Free Management to cooking meals for families at the Ronald McDonald House.
  • Paid birthday leave to empower our crew to celebrate their special days.
  • Two half days of ‘Bolognese’ time. We encourage each of our crew members to set some time aside in their busy schedules to do what matters to them.
