Qualifications

• Experience leading workspace and facilities projects.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable briefs and plans.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and end-user groups.
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret occupancy/space metrics.
• Experience with space-planning tools or systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery of workspace experience initiatives across non-clinical offices.
• Develop project briefs and concepts; support business cases and upgrades.
• Use occupancy and accommodation data to inform planning decisions.
• Collaborate with landlords, architects, designers and service partners.
