Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Workspace Experience Manager to lead the regional delivery of workspace initiatives across non-clinical offices. You will translate strategy into practical plans, briefs and upgrades, collaborating with regional stakeholders and infrastructure delivery teams.

You will bring a strategic mindset, strong data skills, and experience in workspace design, facilities management or change management to shape fit-for-purpose workplaces that support people

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a property-related discipline.
• Experience delivering workspace change and churn projects for a range of end-user groups.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Experience developing workspace plans, project briefs, concepts or supporting business cases.
• Understanding occupancy forecasting, accommodation planning and space-planning tools or systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery of workspace experience initiatives across non-clinical office environments.
• Develop project briefs and concepts, contribute to business cases and support upgrades.
• Use workspace metrics and occupancy data to enable informed planning.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, landlords, designers, and delivery teams.
• Translate workspace requirements into clear plans, briefs and recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with senior leaders and end users, navigating change.
