Job summary

Accenture Auckland seeks a Consultant to shape and execute strategic transformation programmes for large businesses and government departments. You will translate business problems into practical transformation plans, combining process redesign, AI/automation, data and technology implementation, and value realisation.

You will guide clients towards a well-defined target state, manage change at scale, and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders while delivering high-quality analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a professional services organisation.
• 2–7 years of experience in similar transformation work.
• SME knowledge in area of expertise based on experience.
• Ability to translate business problems into transformation plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute transformation programmes with senior team members.
• Leverage AI, data, cloud, security and core enterprise systems in delivery.
• Design target-state processes, service models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyse client data and processes to identify improvement areas and quantify value.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across client teams, including planning and issue resolution.
• Prepare executive-level materials, recommendations and business cases for stakeholders.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and influence decisions.
