Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking a Strategic Planning & Transformation Manager to turn Merchandise strategy into a clear, prioritised portfolio and executable roadmaps. You will lead complex transformation across processes, technology and people, shaping how we operate and drive value.

You will partner with Merchandise and enterprise teams to prioritise initiatives, apply AI and automation where it adds real productivity gains, and ensure delivery remains outcome-focused and measurable.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning and portfolio leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation outcomes.
• Experience aligning strategy with delivery—across technology, product and processes.
