Job summary

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking a highly organised professional to manage the vendor ecosystem within Digital IT, coordinating contracts, renewals and invoices while ensuring governance and commercial discipline.

The role spans Digital, Finance and Procurement, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, budgeting support, and governance. Experience in a Digital/Technology environment and with ServiceNow is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in vendor governance, contract administration, IT operations or procurement support in a digital/tech environment.
• Experience managing purchase orders, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships across business and vendor environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology vendor contracts, commercial relationships, performance, governance, renewals and compliance.
• Administer purchase orders, invoicing, receipting, accruals and vendor payments.
• Maintain contract records, vendor documentation, entitlements and usage information.
• Provide insights through analytics to support decision-making and planning.
