Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead a strategically significant technology programme from mobilisation through delivery and benefits realisation. You will coordinate product, technology and business teams across BNZ to achieve outcomes and alignment with investment priorities.

Based in Auckland or Wellington, you will develop an integrated delivery roadmap, manage risks and dependencies, and report to senior governance forums.

Formación

• 5+ years in programme or portfolio management and prior project management experience.
• At least ten years of overall experience in delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large, complex technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder leadership at senior/executive levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the programme from mobilisation through delivery, transition and benefits realisation.
• Establish a clear programme roadmap and integrated view of outcomes and investment.
• Manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies and organisational change.
• Provide reporting to Steering Committees and enterprise governance forums.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance and Portfolio Planning to develop investment cases.
