Job summary
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) seeks a Manager, Talent and Organisational Design to lead its people and culture strategy. You will provide strategic guidance to the Executive Leadership Team, shaping organisational capability, leadership and talent priorities while working with internal and external partners to drive performance and sustainable change.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will support workforce planning and be ready to respond to emergency
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years proven Talent and Organisational Development experience in a similar role, including HR generalist or organisational development.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology or HR, and/or professional registration/accreditation.
- Excellent understanding of Talent and Organisational Development concepts and project life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead NEMA's people and culture strategy with trusted advice to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Shape organisational capability, leadership, culture and talent priorities, collaborating across NEMA and partners.
- Drive workforce planning and sustainable organisational change; support data-driven improvement initiatives.
