Job summary

Silver Fern Farms is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join our People Experience team in Dunedin. You will partner with hiring managers and external partners to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment advisory and end-to-end recruitment across a defined portfolio.

You'll provide specialist advice, manage end-to-end processes, build strong talent pools, and support continuous improvement of how we find and engage talent using our Oracle HCM system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment advisory.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, professional, operational, technical, or trades roles.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, business, or related discipline (preferred).
• Strong sourcing, tools, and candidate campaigns experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across salaried, waged, and specialist roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Build talent pools to ensure strong pipelines.
• Manage recruitment activity in Oracle HCM.
• Coach hiring managers and improve recruitment capability.
• Contribute to process templates and tools improvements.
