Silver Fern Farms is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join our People Experience team in Dunedin. You will partner with hiring managers and external partners to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment advisory and end-to-end recruitment across a defined portfolio.

You'll provide specialist advice, manage end-to-end processes, build strong talent pools, and support continuous improvement of how we find and engage talent using our Oracle HCM system.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment advisory.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, professional, operational, technical, or trades roles.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, business, or related discipline (preferred).
• Strong sourcing, tools, and candidate campaigns experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

One of our experienced Talent Advisors has been promoted internally, so there's an opportunity to join Silver Fern Farms in the Talent team! Join our People Experience team and perform a role focused on creating connections that bring our purpose to life - Creating Goodness from the Farms the World Needs.

This role will see you work closely with hiring managers, People team members, and external partners to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment advisory. You'll have responsibility for a defined recruitment portfolio, and be the key point of contact for leaders, providing specialist advice, managing end-to-end processes, and supporting continuous improvement in how we find and engage talent.

Te Mahi | Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across salaried, waged, and specialist positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to design targeted, creative recruitment campaigns.
• Manage and build talent pools for critical roles to ensure strong pipelines.
• Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately managed through our HCM system (Oracle).
• Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers, lifting recruitment capability across the business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, and tools.

Ōu Pūkenga | About You:

You're an experienced talent acquisition professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing trusted advice, and delivering great recruitment outcomes. You may already be working in an internal Talent Acquisition or Talent Advisor role, or you could be an experienced Senior Recruiter looking to move into an in-house environment.

We're open to a diverse range of recruitment backgrounds. You may bring proven experience across corporate and professional recruitment, manufacturing environments, trades and technical recruitment, or a combination of these. Most importantly, you'll be confident managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with leaders to solve hiring challenges.

The experience you bring would ideally see you cover most of the below:

• 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or a similar people-focused advisory role.
• Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, including corporate, professional, operational, technical, or trades-based positions.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, business, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and campaign design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
• Systems and process focus, with the ability to become a subject matter expert in our HCM system (Oracle).
• Understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
