Job summary

Tiaki Wai is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Advisor based in the Wellington region with flexible working arrangements. You will support daily engagement across projects, assist with planning and deliver engagement activities in a collaborative team.

The role requires qualifications in communications or PR, experience in stakeholder engagement, and strong relationship-building and communication skills. A driver’s license and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

• Qualification in communications, engagement, public relations or equivalent experience.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or community engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stakeholder engagement and communication activities across projects and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with communities, stakeholders, iwi, councils and partners.
• Develop engagement materials, guidelines and content.
• Monitor feedback and provide timely insights and responses.
• Improve engagement practices through evaluation and continuous improvement.
