Job summary

Tegel Foods Ltd in Auckland is seeking a Revenue Strategy Manager to lead our revenue growth agenda across pricing, product mix, yield profitability, and customer strategy. You will turn complex data into commercial action and influence strategic decisions at senior levels.

You will partner with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to translate insights into action, drive profitability, and help build capability across the business.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in FMCG within Revenue Growth Management or a related commercial discipline.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Experience developing recommendations that drive profitable growth.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and comfort operating in an evolving environment.
• Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear business actions – and see them through to results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock revenue and margin growth opportunities
• Lead pricing, trade investment, integrity, governance, effectiveness of revenue management and work with our category team on promotional strategy
• Develop financial models and recommendations that drive business performance, including supporting commercial tenders and negotiations
• Partner closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Influence senior stakeholders across these functions through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Help build capability and best practice in Revenue Growth Management across the business.
