Job summary

Tegel is seeking a commercially astute Revenue Strategy Manager to drive revenue growth through pricing, product mix, yield profitability, and customer strategy. You will lead our revenue growth agenda, building financial models and recommendations to unlock profitable opportunities across channels.

You will report to the Head of Category & Revenue Strategy and partner with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in FMCG within Revenue Growth Management or related commercial discipline.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Experience developing recommendations that drive profitable growth.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach; comfortable operating in an evolving environment.
• Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear business actions and see them through to results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock revenue and margin growth opportunities.
• Lead pricing, trade investment, integrity, governance, and revenue management, plus promotional strategy.
• Develop financial models and recommendations that drive business performance.
• Partner closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Help build capability and best practice in Revenue Growth Management across the business.
