Job summary

DairyNZ Limited in Newstead is seeking an experienced Project-Programme Coordinator to support a complex portfolio of work. You will help plan, monitor, report and govern activities, while managing financial tracking and providing high-quality artefacts for senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Business Partner, you’ll coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and support external governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project, programme or portfolio coordination.
• Hands-on experience supporting project reporting, including governance reporting and status updates.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and improve initiative documentation, systems and artefacts.
• Collect, maintain and interpret data to support planning, reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Monitor and track project and programme costs, highlighting risks or variances.
