Qualifications

• Project management and change management experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in scheduling, project or resource coordination.
• Proficiency in resource forecasting, tracking and reporting with Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate setbacks with resilience and agility while managing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to identify opportunities and relay them to stakeholders.
• Manage projects to meet service levels and customer commitments.
• Maintain alignment with scope, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Attend customer meetings to review performance and take corrective actions.
• Lead handovers, engagement setup, and project kick-offs with allocated resources.
