Job summary

Accenture New Zealand seeks a Defence Engagement Lead to drive strategic growth within the Defence Industry and allied Health & Public sectors. You will build senior client relationships, lead account strategy, and deliver innovative solutions that create value for clients.

You will shape account plans, lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate with delivery teams to expand services and outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and proven client-growth track record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing strategic client relationships and delivering growth outcomes.
• Experience leading stakeholder engagement and commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships within the Defence Industry clients and broader Health & Public sector.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with business objectives and client priorities.
• Assist in complex commercial discussions and negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to design and implement innovative client solutions.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders and drive performance and growth.
