Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
- Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certifications
- Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Azure & Microsoft 365 Security Services including Sentinel, Defender Suite, Purview / Information Protection, Entra Identity Governance, Intune, Windows 10/11 management, AutoPilot, Terraform, Azure DevOps or DevSecOps
- Exposure to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architected Framework (WAF) is advantageous
- At least 1 year of experience in a Consulting role with global exposure
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and advice to customers
- Develop solutions from customer specifications
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Conduct customer meetings and workshops
- Manage customer expectations and build professional relationships
- Collaborate with team to ensure project delivery meets expectations
- Contribute to IP development and repeatability
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to improve engagement with customers
- Build strong relationships with various customers and identify opportunities
