• Five+ years in global consulting or large technology organisation focusing on cyber security.
• Ability to communicate ideas with structure, clarity, and precision.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security or related field.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and leading others to build capability and deliver outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering client outcomes through high‑quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSF maturity assessments to evaluate and enhance clients’ cyber security capabilities.
• Manage NZISM Certification & Accreditation activities for NZ public sector clients.
• Design, facilitate and lead cyber security tabletop exercises.
• Provide trusted security advisory and vCISO services for executive governance.
• Develop and implement cyber security strategies, target operating models and roadmaps.
• Create and uplift cyber security policy frameworks, standards and procedures, including IR plans.
• Advise clients on cyber security risk management, regulatory compliance and controls.
• Lead discovery and consultation with client stakeholders to shape recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations with professionalism, clarity and confidence.
