Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in programme management, coordination or advisory roles.
• Strong written communication skills; experience drafting official correspondence and reporting.
• Experience supporting financial administration and reporting processes.
• Experience working in complex programme or organisational environments.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
• A qualification in business administration, project management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes, including financial analysis, milestone tracking and risk management.
• Coordinate official correspondence, including responses to information requests and parliamentary questions.
• Support business planning, programme performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead best-practice information and records management across the team.
• Support procurement needs, including advice on procurement, contract administration, supplier onboarding and governance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet programme objectives and timeframes.
