Job summary

Qualifications
- Demonstrated analytical, portfolio, programme, or project office experience.
- Strong PM practices knowledge: Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
- Experience in PMO or Enterprise PMO environments.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead enterprise portfolio reporting, analysis, and dashboard development for senior leaders and governance forums.
- Turn complex project, programme, financial, and performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and trends, and recommend practical solutions.
- Analyse benefits realisation, investment performance, funding, and expenditure data to support strategic decision-making.
- Support and troubleshooting of DOC’s PPM tool and Treasury reporting requirements.
- Coach and support delivery teams to build portfolio, programme, and project management capability.
