Qualifications

• Experience in analytical, portfolio, programme, or project office roles.
• Strong understanding of project, programme, and portfolio management practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Treasury processes and Better Business Cases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead enterprise portfolio reporting, analysis, and dashboard development for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for executives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot DOC’s PPM tool and reporting requirements.
• Co-own and improve the portfolio management system and its configuration.
