Job summary

Oji Fibre Solutions is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to shape our New Zealand planning capability across Mangere Bridge and Christchurch operations. You will forecast demand, lead monthly S&OP reviews with sales and customer service, and collaborate with supply planning to manage inventories and seasonal stock.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand planning or forecasting.
• Experience with S&OP processes.
• Manufacturing or production background preferred.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Experience with ERP and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning and forecasting with sales and CS.
• Lead monthly Demand Reviews for three regions.
• Manage inventory and seasonal stock with supply planning.
• Improve demand planning processes, tools, and reporting.
• Support safety culture through training and communications.
