Job summary

CapableNZ in Dunedin is seeking a Recruitment Lead to drive learner recruitment and engagement across the learner journey. You will nurture relationships from first enquiry to enrolment, providing personalised guidance and support, and ensuring a high-quality learner experience.

You will manage enquiries and onboarding, keep CRM data accurate, and collaborate with marketing, facilitators, and operations to support workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in learner recruitment, customer engagement, business development, learner support, relationship management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management platforms.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice.

We're looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Lead to help drive the sustainable growth of CapableNZ through exceptional learner engagement and recruitment practices.

This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work alongside prospective learners from their first enquiry through to enrolment, providing personalised guidance and support throughout their journey. You'll build trusted relationships, manage learner pipelines, maintain CRM activity, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an outstanding learner experience.
