Fulton Hogan is seeking a Group IT Communications Advisor to translate complex or technical information into simple, engaging messages for the business. You will work with leaders and stakeholders to plan and deliver communications that support priorities, projects and change.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex or technical information into clear messages.
• Strong writing and editing across multiple channels.
• Ability to coach leaders and stakeholders in effective communications.
• Experience in internal or corporate communications or advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication plans aligned with business priorities and change initiatives.
• Write, edit and publish clear content across intranet, newsletters, presentations and leadership updates.
• Provide practical communications advice and coaching to leaders and stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement activities to reinforce culture and priorities.
• Monitor channel effectiveness and assist with reputational communications when needed.
