Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Group IT Communications Advisor to inform and connect our people. You will translate complex or technical information into simple, engaging messages and plan communications that align with business priorities and change initiatives.

You will write and publish content across intranet, newsletters and leadership updates, while coaching leaders on effective communication and engagement. This role offers development opportunities within a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

Experience in internal or corporate communications, engagement, or a communications advisory role.
Strong writing, editing and content development skills across channels.
Ability to translate complex or technical information into simple, engaging messages.
Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver communication plans that support business priorities, strategic projects and change initiatives.
Write, edit and publish clear, high-quality content across channels including intranet, newsletters, presentations and leadership updates.
Provide practical communications advice and coaching to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
Support employee engagement activity that strengthens culture and reinforces values.
Monitor channel effectiveness, identify improvements, and support reputation communications when needed.
