Job summary

IHC New Zealand is seeking a Fundraising Lead - CRM and Analysis to drive end-to-end CRM management and data insights across our fundraising operations in Wellington. You will own data governance, segmentation, and performance monitoring to support impactful campaigns and strong supporter relationships.

As a strategic leader, you will mentor the team, optimize data workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and campaign success.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising analysis and reporting to drive campaign results.
• Strong CRM management skills and data governance for fundraising platforms.
• Proficiency with PowerBI for dashboards and monitoring.
• Ability to create campaign-ready data segments that drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data/CRM processes and insights across the fundraising team.
• Ensure CRM excellence: data integrity, configuration, and testing.
• Deliver performance monitoring tools and reporting across campaigns, using established PowerBI dashboards.
• Develop smart segmentation to optimize donor targeting and retention.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data needs and align expectations.
• Improve processes to lift campaign efficiency and data workflows.
