Job summary

Apex Group in New Zealand is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (Funds Administration) to develop and maintain strong relationships with our fund clients, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. Based in Auckland or Wellington, you will collaborate with CRM leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will support business development, manage SLAs, engage with C-suite stakeholders, prepare meetings, and guide onboarding with the implementations team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client relationship management or account management.
• Experience in the financial services sector preferred.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Support revenue growth within existing client relationships.
• Coordinate SLAs and commercial updates with clients.
• Prepare client meeting agendas and lead discussions.
• Act as primary client contact for operational matters and escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and related systems.
• Deliver client reporting and quarterly business reviews.
