Job summary

IHC New Zealand invites you to join as Finance Business Partner - Property, driving high-quality financial insight to support property performance and sustainable outcomes. You’ll work with senior leaders to influence decisions and shape financial planning.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and capital allocation, while translating complex data into practical guidance for leaders across IHC properties, with a values-driven, collaborative culture in central Wellington.

Qualifications

Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting capabilities.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker focused on continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Advise on property investment, divestment and portfolio optimisation.
Provide capital allocation and investment decision support and long-term planning.
Deliver budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis.
Provide financial modelling and forward-looking insights to identify risks and opportunities.
