Job summary

Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers is seeking a Commercial Finance Partner to deliver accurate financial analysis, robust forecasting, and insightful reporting. You will partner with key stakeholders to inform decision making and support business cases, including capital spend.

A CFA/CA qualification and Power BI experience are highly valued. The role offers a hybrid work environment with two days per week from home, a pathway to more senior Finance leadership, and a competitive

Qualifications

Experience in modelling and analysing financial information for commercial decisions.
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial customers.
Desirable CFA/CA qualification and familiarity with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial models for forecasts, capital spend and business cases.
Partner with stakeholders to provide monthly reporting and performance recommendations.
Lead organisation-wide forecasting and three-year plan development.
Provide financial reports and meaningful business commentary.
Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting.
