Job summary

Rangiora Lifecare Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and provide strategic financial support across the organisation in a remote role. The position reports to the Executive Director and supports management and the Board with financial governance and insights.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years' experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
• Experience providing strategic financial support to management and boards.
• Experience overseeing multi-entity financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts, financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow across the group.
• Ensure taxation, audit and statutory reporting compliance and coordinate external audits.
• Provide commercial insights, financial analysis and strategic advice to the Board and leadership team.
• Oversee accounts payable, revenue management, debtor oversight, intercompany transactions and controls.
• Drive finance system/process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present financial information for stakeholders and AGM reporting.
